- Travel to the East and West coasts of Canada. I have always wanted to visit British Columbia, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia. They are at my top to do list and it needs to be accomplished before my 30th birthday.
- Have a pedicure, at a salon. I have majorly ticklish feet and can't have anyone touch my feet. This one may be a bit of a challenge, but it's something I have always wanted to do.
- Make and send out Christmas cards. Something I have always wanted to do, and now that we are married, it makes more sense to accomplish this task.
- Learn to swim. My biggest regret as a child is refusing to take the swimming lessons that my brother's did. I am paying for it now and would LOVE to learn how to actually swim, and not just do the dog paddle until I'm tired.
- Conquer my phobia of frogs. This could be a tough one!
- Fly on an airplane. This is somewhat of a fear, too, and something that needs to be done soon. I've always wanted to experience flying on a plane.
- Take a train, somewhere. Another one that should be done soon - we have a via train station not too far from our house. One day the husband and I need to just go down there and buy a ticket to somewhere.
- Read 100 books and keep track. I used to read so much, but have found it hard to make the time nowadays. I really need to set time aside to catch up on some awesome books on my 'to read' list. And if anyone has any suggestions, I am all ears!
- Try to eat any type of seafood. Seafood has always made me squeamish, but I would love to be able to say that I've tried lobster, just once.
- Take a woodworking class.
- Organize my extensive DVD collection.
- Go back to the African Lion Safari in Hamilton, Ontario. This place is amazing and we've already been there twice - we need to make a point to go next summer. We really want to take my in-law's there as well since they have never been and we think they'd really enjoy it.
- Bake a homemade pie. I love to bake, but I've never actually baked a pie. I usually stick with cookies, cakes, squares, etc.. so this will be a nice challenge.
- Try out dry shampoo.
- Do an anniversary photoshoot (and convince my husband!)
- Perfect my mom's brownie recipe.
- Hold a baby. Yes, I have never held a baby.. for some reason they frighten me. They are so small and fragile looking, and I'm always afraid that said baby would just start wailing as soon as I held them, which would make me feel bad.. I will have another nephew here soon enough so I may be able to cross this off the list!
- Start an actual fitness routine and stick with it.
- Go to a concert. Any concert will do. I think the last concert I went to was NSYNC, or the Backstreet Boys. Either way, I was like 12 and that is just unacceptable.
- Complete 1 DIY project from Pinterest a month. So many pinterest projects just sitting there waiting for me to do, this task should be fun - if I stick with it!
- Attend a blogger conference.
- Buy (and wear) a pair of brightly coloured pants.
- Sort and organize all my old photographs that are just stored on external hard drives.
- Take a photography class.
- Adopt a dog from the local shelter.
- Get a passport. I haven't travelled across the border since it was a requirement to have a passport, and because of that I just haven't gotten mine yet, and I really should.
- Learn (or attempt to learn) how to crochet.
- Go horseback riding.
- Organize and make each room in our home 'ours'.
- Do something awesome for my 30th birthday!
I plan on updating this list and crossing things off as they are completed.
great list and a lot of it sounds super do-able. good luck!

Aw I love it! Especially adopt a dog, you should do that one first ;)
ReplyDeleteAwesome list! I want to do #22 too. Not only that one, but that's the one that seems most doable to me right now, haha. Good luck with your goals!
