ReplyDeleteSorry to hear about your company's changes. The same is happening here in the US. I retired just as the changes were beginning with my old company.
A lot of companies are changing with hopes of getting rid of the older well-paid employees. They find the revolving door to Human Resources costs a lot less. With beginner's salaries and if they don't give benefits for a full year or none to new employees, they can make a huge profit. It's a shame because we all suffer whether we are the unemployed, the employed, or the customer getting the lack of experienced service.
